After a meeting with Campbell Newman last night, we have been assured of the LNP's ongoing commitment to facilitate the restoration of Noosa's council should they win government after the forthcoming state election. The only proviso's are that our financial forecasting stands up to scrutiny by Qld Treasury and a vote supporting the creation of a new council by Noosa residents. We are confident of meeting both criteria.
